HISTORY 　　The company was founded in the year 1969 with the name "Tai Yuan Food Company." Its name was approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in June 1973 and officially changed to "Yu Hsiang Foods Factory Co., Ltd." It was specialized in manufacturing and exporting dehydrated fruit and vegetables. Dehydrated pineapples and papaya were especially famous. 　　Our customers were from all over the world. The products were especially popular in advanced countries, such as the USA, UK, France, Germany, North Europe…etc. However, due to material shortage, transformation of economical types, and industry upgrade, the company transformed and invested in the local specialty of Da Hsi: Yu Hsiang dried tofu.
